Knowledgeable and Honest

My laptop hard drive was clicking so I called Daystar. The lady who answered the phone told me immediately that the drive was probably dead, but that another company they work in tandem with might be able to help at this point. I appreciated her honesty and thanked her for it--they saved me a trip and the extra money they could have charged to do nothing, and instead pointed me immediately in the right direction to get help. Integrity and ethics like this are rare nowadays, and I'll definitely go to them next time I need a computer repair. Thanks so much!!

Very happy customer and cat!

Since I bought a house outside of my previous wonderful sitter's territory, and wasn't thrilled with the sitter assigned to my area, I needed a new service for my elderly cat Sybil. I found Two Dads on Kudzu and gave them a call just a few days before a brief trip I had planned for Mother's Day weekend. Mike answered the phone immediately (no switchboard with extensions and messages that sit for long periods of time) and we set an appointment for him to meet Sybil the next day. We had an instant rapport over the phone, and he spent a long time at our meeting getting to know me, Sybil's needs and routine, and interacting with her as much as possible even though she was napping for much of our consultation. When I returned home, Sybil acted completely normal, as though I had just been gone for a couple of hours, which is the ideal scenario. She was calm and happy and not freaked out or overly meow-y or clingy like she gets if she's been lonely. Mike left detailed notes about each visit, and even left me a little box of chocolates since it was Mother's Day. I really like the convenience of booking online, and also that he, as a co-owner of the company will be my personal sitter. You've got a very happy customer (and cat) and I'll definitely pass the word on to my friends about Two Dads and call you again soon! Fantastic value!

My car needed a new catalytic converter which another shop quoted me $750 to fix. They had to order the part, and I would have had to go in again the next afternoon to get it fixed. A friend of mine recommended Andy's. I was able to get the new catalytic converter AND a long-overdue tuneup for $250 in UNDER AN HOUR-they had the converter in stock. I passed the emissions test 4 days later. FANTASTIC VALUE, extremely fast service! You've got a new customer for life, and I'll refer you to everyone I know when they need car repairs. Mindy saved my life-literally!

I joined Enhancing Health this summer and Mindy, one of the personal trainers at Enhancing Health literally saved my life by urging me to get a small swelling on the back of my knee checked out immediately. Even though it didn't hurt at all and I wouldn't have sought treatment for at least another week on my own, it turned out to be a rare and aggressive cancer. Had I waited even one more week, the tumor size would have put me into a higher risk category. Mindy's professional expertise, experience with sports injuries and good judgment and advice LITERALLY saved my life! (Plus she's a sweetheart and lots of fun to work with.) I'll be back regularly as soon as I'm finished with radiation this fall. Thanks so much to all the great people at Enhancing Health for hiring such outstanding employees like Mindy. Everyone there is top-notch, and it's great to have 24-hour access to the facility.

I've been to Heavenly Touch three times now, each with a different (all excellent) massage therapist, since I'm new in town and each time was a same-day appointment. I am impressed and really like that you can get in quickly with an excellent therapist no matter who is available! The ambiance is the best I've found by far, out of three places I've tried in the area. Delano is the first therapist in the 7 months I've lived here who has been able in one visit to give significant relief to an old injury that nobody else has been able to restore to normal. I highly recommend Delano and ALL the therapists at Heavenly Touch and will return as often as I can. They are fantastic, professional, and super-nice!

I recently relocated to Georgia and found Dr. Richardson here on Kudzu.com. I've been to several chiropractors in the past few years for my neck, back and an injury to my shoulder, and Dr. Richardson is the best! He is the extremely rare healthcare professional who will actually spend time getting to know you better personally so that he can truly understand your needs and health goals. You will never be shuttled in and out as quickly as possible unlike some doctors' offices. He offers holistic health care at its finest; he emphasizes the importance of staying healthy not only physically but as a COMPLETE person--mind, body and soul, (and it's much easier to do that when you’re not in pain.) His fees are so reasonable that I choose NOT to use my insurance since it would severely limit my number of visits. If you are seeking an honest, highly skilled chiropractor who will help you immediately, teach you ways to manage pain in between visits, reduce it, prevent it and then stay healthy, I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Richardson. He cares about YOU as a person, not just as a patient. Susan Gamble, Massage Therapist is also FANTASTIC. Their combination of massage and chiropractic care has helped me feel back to normal after several months of living in untreated pain. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them both! Relax! Your pet gets great TLC w/Critter-Sitters!

I recently relocated to GA, so my elderly mostly blind cat Sybil is in a new environment and is now the only cat in what used to be a 2-cat home. I work a lot from home so I was convinced that she would be freaked out when I returned from a week-long seminar out of town; she's not used to being alone all day and night. My vet recommended Critter Sitters, and I chose them after seeing all the great reviews on Kudzu.com. When Pam W. came to meet us, I was surprised that Sybil chose to sit at her feet instead of mine. That was a great start! Pam is friendly, responsible, and loves what she does. I had to take Sybil to the vet 2 days in a row just before I left, so we were BOTH very stressed. I was so relieved and amazed at how relaxed Sybil was when I came home, thanks to Pam's excellent care. Sybil had completely recovered from her medical condition and didn't seem lonely or meow-y at all. Pam left a written log for me twice daily, and midway through my trip, sent me (via cellphone) a picture of Sybil relaxed and happy. She even swept the area around the litterbox and the adjoining kitchen so it was all immaculate the day I returned. I will rest much easier next time knowing that Sybil is in such good hands. The cost for 2 visits a day is WELL worth the peace of mind. I will be a client of Pam's and Critter-Sitters as long as I have pets, and highly recommend them to anyone who worries a lot about leaving their "baby" alone! Thanks so much, Pam!
